Horseback Riding Lessons

1/2 hour = $35.00 Per Person

1 hour ( Small Group )= $50.00 Per Person

Private 1 Hour = $65 Per Person

15 minute Pony Ride = $15.00 Per Person

*Please note in order to ride in a group lesson the student must have prior riding experience and be able to safely ride on their own.

For our horses safety we have the following weight restrictions on riders:

Ponies - 75 lbs

Horses - 200 lbs

We are now offering horsemanship lessons! These lessons will be unmounted lessons focusing on horse care, grooming, lunging, etc.

Lesson Cancellation Policy

Any lesson cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full price.
To cancel a lesson please call (860) 992 - 7160 or email HillsideStableLLC@gmail.com. If it is short notice please call do not email, we do not always have the opportunity to check the email throughout the day.
Late arrivals - If you are more than 10 minutes late for a half hour lesson, or more than 20 minutes late for an hour lesson it will be assumed that you are cancelling your lesson, you will still be charged for the lesson.
No Call / No Show - If a student does not call to cancel a scheduled lesson and does not show up for the scheduled lesson, all future lesson time slots that you may have scheduled will be forfeited. You will need to call the office and pay for the missed lesson. After which you can schedule a future lesson.
