Pony Party Guidelines:
1.) Your party ride time starts at the time listed above. All participants should be here and ready to ride at that time. We often have appointments scheduled before and after parties, we are unable to make up time lost due to late arrivals.
2.) All riders must sign a liability waiver before being allowed to ride. Anyone under 18 years of age MUST have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver. If some children will be arriving at the party without a parent please have them sign the provided waiver before coming to the party. A waiver is attached to this sheet, if you think you will need additional waivers please ask us for extras or make copies.
3.) All riders are required to wear a astm/sei certified horseback riding helmet. Bicycle and other types of helmets are not allowed. We have assorted sizes that we provide for the party. If a participant has their own helmet they may use it as long as it meets the standards listed.
4.) Please keep children in the designated party areas. It is dangerous to allow children to wander around the facility unattended.
5.) Please do not feed any of the animals. Some require special diets. Always ask permission before feeding or touching any of the animals.
6.) Riding Attire - All children should wear long pants. Shorts and skirts make riding very difficult and uncomfortable. No open toed shoes. A boot with a heal is preferable, but sneakers will be allowed if the child does not have boots. Dress according to the weather, the riding arena is indoors, but is not climate controlled.
7.) We want everyone to enjoy themselves and have a good time. Children are expected to follow the rules set by the staff. Any child unwilling to follow the rules or acting in a rowdy dangerous manner will be excused from the facility.
8.) Balloons are allowed in the party area. However please DO NOT bring them through the barn or near the horses. Balloons scare horses. Please bring all party supplies through the front entrance of the party room. Do not bring them through the barn aisle way.
9.) Please have all guests enter the facility through the front door of the party room.
10.) We do not provide food or beverages. There is a refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven provided. However you must provide any food or drinks.
11.) Decorations: If you would like to arrive a half hour early to set up the party room or decorate, weÃ¢â‚¬â„¢d be happy to allow that. Please just tell our staff that you will be arriving early.
12.) Three party horses will be provided. See the price list at the end of this form to see additional options available.
13.) Each party lasts (2) Two hours, unless additional time is purchased PRIOR to the date of the party. The first hour consists of the children taking turns riding. And the second hour is spent in the party room.
14.) A $50 deposit is required to reserve your party date. We cannot hold a date open until the deposit has been received. The deposit is non-refundable. In the event that you need to reschedule your party, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the party. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit. In the event that Hillside Stable has to cancel the party for any reason, we will first give you the option to reschedule, if an acceptable date and time cannot be found, Hillside Stable agrees to refund the deposit for the party.

Additional Horses = $50 each per hour
Extra Time in the party room = $25 per hour
